Smeg Induction Hob Domino 30cm SI2321D

The SI2321D is a 30cm, ultra low induction hob featuring black glass with a straight edge. It has 2 full power cooking zones, with boosters and 9 power levels each.

Induction heat is generated directly in the bottom of the pan during its contact with the hob.

Features

Residual Heat Indicator: After the glass ceramic hob is switched off the residual heat indicator shows which of the heating zones still remains hot. When the temperature drops below 60 ° C, the indicator goes out.

Timer: All ceramic hobs have a timer which automatically ends cooking after a preset time.

Child Lock Safety: Some models are fitted with a device to lock the programme/cycle so it cannot be accidentally changed.

Quickstart: The chosen temperature is reached faster. The heating element works at maximum power until the right temperature is reached.

Eco-Off: This energy-saving function shuts the zone down before the timer sounds, making use of the residual heat in the pan
