How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped and delivered within 1 to 5 working days. Delivery in city hubs are generally quicker as we have distribution warehouses in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape-Town & Port Elizabeth. Depending where the product is located, city hub orders can sometimes take 1 to 2 working days.
Please note that shipping dates provided at checkout are estimates and are subject to change. Shipping times will be determined after your order is processed, and shipped. Actual delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to factors beyond our control, including delays by the carrier or delivery company, supply chain issues, weather, traffic, and other factors.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping prices vary and can range from Free delivery to a surcharge amount of R200 for large appliances.
Where can I find my tracking code?
Tracking codes are sent to you via sms & email. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification from us.
Can I change my shipping address?
Our shipping API system works on an automatic feed. Unfortunately we cannot manually change shipping details. It would be best to contact the person at the entered shipping address and arrange collecting with them.
I received the wrong order, now what?
